Part 1 (Introduction & Interview) Topic: Weather
What’s the weather like where you live?
It’s mostly warm and sunny, but we get some rain in winter.
Do you prefer hot or cold weather? [Why?]
I prefer warm weather because I feel more comfortable and can do more outdoor activities.
What do you usually do when the weather is good?
I like to go for a walk, meet friends outside, or have a picnic.
Has the weather in your country changed much in recent years?
Yes, summers have become hotter and we sometimes get unexpected heavy rain.
Part 2 (Long Turn / Cue Card)
Describe an activity you do to keep fit. You should say:
what it is
how often you do it
how you do it
and explain why you think it helps you keep fit.
One activity I do to keep fit is jogging. I go jogging about three times a week, usually in the park near my house. I put on my sports shoes, listen to music, and jog for around 30 minutes. It helps me stay fit because it burns calories, keeps my heart healthy, and also clears my mind. I feel energetic and fresh after jogging.
Part 3 (Discussion) Topic: Exercise
What types of exercise do people in your country usually do?
Many people like walking, running, yoga, or going to the gym.
Do you think children get enough exercise these days?
Not really. Many children prefer playing video games instead of going outside.
How can parents encourage their children to be more active?
Parents can play with them outside, take them to sports clubs, or limit screen time.
